COP21 in Paris: The Graph

This graph shows what Paris COP15 has done. It is basically locking in pledges that will prevent the world from achieving a 2°C scenario. Yes, they are telling a story about how there will be reviews every five years to get people to make their pledges more ambitious. But the pledges (and this is according to UN climate chief Christiana Figueres) are all just narrow self-interest. Than is not going to change. And finding out that everyone else is sticking with their self-interest will not encourage any country to be generous. Read more about COP21 in Paris here.
