  To find positions paper by any country:

First go here, to the U.N.

Then, scroll to the very bottom and click on "Overview list."

Then scroll down and find your country and topic. Copy the "Document symbol."

Then go to the document search page. and paste the symbol into symbol blank and click search.

It should pull up the document, which may contain positions by many countries, so you must search that document for the country you are looking for.

Here is part 2 one such document containing the main US position, April 2009.
